Trumere Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Trumere. Please take a moment to review our return and refund policy:


1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for items that are defective or damaged upon receipt.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition, with all tags attached.

Please note that minor variations or imperfections that do not affect the functionality of the product (such as small stitching differences or natural fabric variations) do not qualify for a return.


2. Refunds

Refunds are issued only for defective or damaged items.

We do not offer refunds for incorrectly chosen sizes. While we provide sizing guides and recommendations, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the correct size is selected before purchase.

Orders placed in error may be eligible for changes only if they have not yet been processed or shipped.


3. Process for Returns and Refunds

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@trumere.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photos (if the item is damaged or defective)

Our team will provide instructions on how to return your item.


4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or damaged.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.


5. Inspection and Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

You will be informed whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.
