2. Domestic Shipping (New Zealand)

  • We offer standard shipping across New Zealand.

  • Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days after dispatch.

  • Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout.


3. International Shipping

  • We currently ship to selected international locations.

  • Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination, typically 7–21 business days.

  • International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

  • Please note: customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.


4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become active.


5. Shipping Delays

  • Oppoflux is not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services, customs processes, or events outside of our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, or global shipping disruptions).
