We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
Please note the following:
- We do not offer refunds or cancellations due to shipping times being longer than expected, as delays may occur that are out of our control with shipping providers or local couriers.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- Sale items, gift cards, and final sale products cannot be returned or exchanged.
